During a reading, I will connect with your Higher Self to access information regarding situations in your life from the past, present and future, as well as messages from spirit to guide you through your journey. My sessions are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of where you are now, deal with relationships, major life events including grief and loss and unearth hidden things that are holding you back. The process will open you up to life's experiences and connect with your Higher Self so that you are able to access your own wisdom and guidance. I also work on limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from your happiness. I also share tools for living with more clarity and purpose.

The true purpose of my spiritual counselling sessions is to unlock the hidden (and not-so-hidden) things that are holding you back. I invite you to bring to your session the major life issues that you are grappling with – in love relationships, in professional life, bereavement, health (in particular ageing and chronic illness) and friendship.
Together we will work to understand the events and situations in your life on a more synchronistic level. I help you to see the purpose in your past, identify patterns of experience and see the opportunities for your soul’s growth. My spiritual counselling works to offer you clear and inspirational spiritual guidance and connect to your own beautiful soul, to your own truth.

Psychic Development Sessions

Many clients wish to follow-up their initial Soul Path Reading or Spiritual Counselling with further sessions. Weekly or fortnightly, the Psychic Development Sessions allow time and space to go further in depth on issues including relationships, healing/recovery, grief and other aspects of spiritual and emotional development. At times of death, divorce, business upheaval and family conflict, these supportive sessions allow you to gently work through issues and develop new intuitive skills and perspectives. Together we continue to do the work for you to reach your full potential and develop a greater awareness of who you are and how Spirit supports you. These sessions explore how you can connect to your inner guides and higher self so that you may see and understand the synchronistic world around you and your connection to it as well as working to develop your essential psychic and communication skills. We do this weekly or fortnightly and each lesson includes follow-up email; useful references and exercises to deepen your relationship to self and Spirit.
